Best fish tacos anywhere! Best customer service anywhere! The PB store is the best managed Rubios in San Diego. Patty, the manager really knows how to treat her customers and her staff. I have a great experience each and every time I visit.

It cost us $12 just to park in the lot. For Taco Tuesday there was no discount whatsoever on taco plates, and their fountain soda is expensive. Probably due to these things it was a weak atmosphere even on their famous promo night. Food is okay if you don't mind the cost to eat here.
