I was in San Diego, near the pier, for the day. When I Googled Vegetarian Restaurants The Good Seed Food Company was in the search results. Great rating and more than on comment about the great vegetarian food. Now, my bad, I didn 't check the menu on their website, and made the short walk to their door. Great curb appeal! However, when I looked at the menu .. clearly not veg friendly. Very meaty actually. Bummer. However, for anyone looking for a great SD chill vibe, check it out. The staff was super kind and helpful and the fare is fresh and local when possible. I gave it a 4, however, obviously didn 't eat the food. Just liked the vibe and the staff. Maybe it 's a 5 if you 're not looking for plant based food. ?

Omg! The bread, the fish, the olives, the wings and the seasoning! My goodness it's so delicious...very clean place and great staff!!!!

Excellent food. Raises the bar on bar food. Enjoy some elk street tacos or other daily creations while sipping on mead and cider next door .

Good food. I had the oxtail tacos and mac n' cheese. This space has Good Seed Food, Lost Cause Meadery and Serpentine Cider. Great atmosphere, air hockey, games to borrow. Knowledgeable and courteous servers.
