Manager Ana was rude and lacks the skills to lead a team. She was physically disrespectful and unpleasant to have tried to make my family and I satisfied with our visit. Her team displayed lack of knowledge of food service, non of the employees knew what food safe serve was, concerning! Rags, left next to the open soups. Employees eating on the counter, where food is serve. I have visited this location many time and I had never experience this level of disregard for the client and food safety. Food quality was poor, our food was of poor quality. Food items were re maid three times. Overall! To avoid unpleasantness and poor food. Just don’t step a foot inside this location.
Good food, but prices are a little high for what you get.
We went today a lady named Jaynay helped us! She went above beyond with customer service helped my daughter more than any other restaurant or place we have been before! She went out of her way this is uncommon especially in these times! Boudin I hope you recognize her for her A+ attitude going above beyond, these day's it is hard to find great customer service she is definitely one to keep! Thank You Jaynay!
I’m really quite disappointed in the grilled cheese, you expect soft cheese instead you get Keto hard shell cheese baked onto the bread that’s tuff too… not well prepared
Service has been going downhill. Unmotivated staff. Sometimes it takes forever to pick up an online order. It shouldn't take 45m to just pour a soup.
