McAlister's Deli - Russellville

My wife and I both love this place. The service is always excellent, more just like the food is. It's a more pricey sandwich, but it is worth it, and the garden salad side you can get is not only very good, but it is a big salad as well.

Great customer service. Easy going atmosphere with good music selection. Food was out pretty quick.

The worst pickup experience ever. I checked into their curbside service and waited for over 30 minutes! They were busy so I figured that might have something to do with it I was wrong. My order was ready BEFORE my pickup time (it’s printed on the recipe). I called the store and was immediately placed on hold for FIVE minutes until I hung up and called back. They said they would look for my order, placed the phone down, and then just hung up. No apologies once they brought the food out. By this time my soups and sandwiches were cold and my tea was incorrect. Safe to say we are never going back.

My coworkers and I visited McAlister’s Deli on our way to Hot Springs last month! The McAlister’s Deli Team was friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of seating. Our food was served in what I considered a timely manner. I ordered the choose 2 with a garden salad and a cup of their chicken and dumplings. It was delicious! Perfect portion for lunch! Thank you, McAlister’s Deli!

The service was surprisingly fast and friendly for Sunday lunch after church! The place was packed with people, so I braced for a long wait. No worries. The food we had was very good. Kudos to all the workers there.
