We got a voucher for two nights with half board. Unfortunately, everything is closed during the covid and we have been waiting for a long time before we can use the stay. During this, we were born a third child and a baby we had to take with you. We had to take one of the grandmothers and to alternate in the baby. no problem but in mails!. When we did not take a look at real execution and payment. for an extra bed for grandmother, where we had to pay the price, we paid a full price, for a half-year miminko, which did not use other money (and this site has nicely clouded as a child up to 12 years, never in life, we didn’t pay anything for meminko, even in children’s actors). We were ill with us and we wouldn’t be afraid of two-year-old daughter and with their allergies wouldn’t be able to do it in this state, but it was also with us and paid without extra bed with more than an adult person! it was already the top and when we wanted to pay at the reception (the bar) to explain, Mrs. called the owner and he began to be unsatisfactoryly injure partkij for dinner and breakfast, which I already had to be in the children's half board instead of talking that he was sleeping (when he wanted to pull us out). In the result, after us, we wanted to half board for two-year-old baby for the day of 260 CZK after telephone explanation, it is half-board, when dinner is 180 CZK and breakfast 80 CZK. At the same time, they are listed that half-board for children is 150 CZK and for adults 250 CZK. Therefore, the daughter paid a larger half board than an adult person? We did not receive any account or confirmation, everything wanted to pay finished and without a document (what would tell you about it). Next, 600Kč charged for the alleged relocation (as we had not previously agreed deadline for any room and therefore would be the same as if we ordered the cold log). pacifier wanted 20 extra for the date after validity of the voucher (which was applied at the time of validity as agreed). Unfortunately, we were only happy to offer a Christmas term and one in January, when we could not and we have actually announced that we can only have them at the time when it is cold, since May it has already been busy, so we have actually paid for the fact that we could not spend a stay in a nice weather, but at the time no one wants there. The staff was forever locked and still something was silent and it didn’t feel good at all. food was catastrophic (unlessly soluble, oily and heavy food, nowhere or a piece of vegetables, the only thing we have to praise, so good bread). We didn’t see the horses. In the tour time he was with a little grandmother and he is not leaving her with a carriage. In the final, we have paid less than 5 thousand, so more than the original stay for the 2nd time if the voucher was left to drop or asked a discountomat about the bet, we would be better. we are completely leaving, especially by the owner, and never more!!! EDIT: when the owner asks what is the problem, so that the two-year-old child pays for a half-use 260 kč. As you have written 180 kč for dinner and 80 kč. If you told us in advance that for the unappeared half-use of the child, which we had to take with you, the day is so much more than you have on the site, we bought the baby food somewhere else. but you want to do everything and do not recognize your error. I'm from you and your approach and according to other negative reviews, we're clearly not a poison who has a problem with your conduct. And the poor lady at the reception, she met you with you and she tried to call her and she asked several times to tell you what she was to defend us. poor people who have to lie because of you. We don’t know about some hundreds of hundreds, but you’ve been able to draw us on it, even if you’ve already wanted 20 for just rebooking and extending the voucher. I will be pleased to pay 20 extras than to leave the voucher. and don’t know how you actually imagine the baptism with a baby who you wrote is fine, without a stroller in 3 degrees.
To be honest, the accommodations for the price were subpar. The TV signal was weak and the WiFi was extremely slow, almost as if it was from 80 years ago. One pleasant surprise was the high-quality glassware provided by the local brewery. Overall, there is room for improvement at this restaurant.
We do not recommend this restaurant. We received a gift and, due to having a young child, we decided to try it despite all the positive reviews. However, our experience was quite different. We wanted to play pool after dinner but were unable to do so as it can only be played after 6pm. We were also not allowed to play any games on a table, including laying horses with a child, for an additional fee. The room and decor were outdated and worn, with metal bed frames from the 80s. The staff seemed indifferent. The only positive aspect was that the food was enjoyable. However, considering the price we paid, it would be better to stay at a four-star hotel for the same price as the quality did not meet our expectations.
We spent two nights with half-board at this restaurant with our 10-year-old son and we were very happy. The restaurant is located behind a ranch in the forest with animals. The apartment was small but clean, with a functional TV and heating system. The only issue we had was that it took a while for the hot water to start running. The food was also good and the service was friendly. We would happily return again in the future.
