Little Caesars Pizza - Royal Palm Beach

This is the second time when I order Hawaii pizza, only give ham, I don't know why the employee make the wrong all the time

Best Little Caesars!! I always buy from this franchise but, this location never messes up my order and the staff here (no matter who it is) are always kind and helpful!! 5 stars hands down!

I have two positive reviews for this location. First we ordered 6 variety pizzas on Sept. 25, 2021 for our granddaughters 1st birthday party and everything was on time, perfect and delicious. Yesterday on Halloween I spoke with Kelly/staff at around 12?ish to put in my pizza order for our party she was so kind and sweet. I had to call back at 4?ish to alter my pizza order and while I didn?t get the staff woman?s name, she was just as nice and helpful! We picked up our pizza at 5:15 pm with no problems and the pizzas were as ordered and delicious!! A great big Thank you to the staff at this location to make two of our parties perfect!! ?

OMGoodness it has been years since I've been in here and I live across the street lol. But now there's many new options available other than just walking in to a hot and ready pie. I suppose the pandemic had a huge part in this. But it definitely seems to make things easier. Place was very clean and the employees were very pleasant to deal with. Very nice, well mannered, nothing like the employees that were there before the pandemic. Good job! Keep it up. Oh and the same owner, owns Royal Palm Beach Ice Cream right next door. So the service and atmosphere there, is just the same!

This place has been my place for 15 years. My last two experiences were terrible, especially the last. I start with yesterday's experience. I called at 5:15 to place a pickup order for two pizzas, arrived in 15 minutes and was told another 5 minutes and had to wait another 25 minutes. A total of 45 minutes! You also charged my card before my pizza obliges me to wait this ridiculous time. Samantha doesn't match her position as a store manager. She looked like a deer in headlights. She had no customer service skills. There were at least 6 others waiting for me to go out with my pizza. I don't like the nonsense and lack of customer service to all employees. Not eccentric. If you appreciate your time go somewhere else!
