I love this place! The owner is so sweet and gives great recommendations of what you’re looking for. I came in and I wasn’t sure what to try at first, but she asked me a couple of questions and I picked one I ended up loving! I was looking for meal replacements as I’m very busy and hardly have time to eat a healthy meal. These nutritional shakes are the best way to go!

Stopped in on my way to work to get a shake and tea. Walked in to a friendly greeting and some upbeat music playing as well as some “regulars “ chatting at the bar. Very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the products. Will definitely be back when in the area.

I read the reviews and decided to stop by for a smoothie. The owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable about her products. The strawberry cheesecake smoothie was blended well and very tasty. Can't wait to come back.
