Copas - Round Lake

I went to check out the new and improve copas and I was amazed. The food and atmosphere was incredible. The salmon was to die for and the flan was even better. Their prizes are very affordable and they offer a kid friendly atmosphere. By night however the bar is back and there is music and dancing. Definitely one of my new favorite places to go.

Excellent food at Copas, mexican cuisine and spices combined with a french influence. Chef Alvaro Chavez creates delicious entrees and tapas different from the usual Mexican food. Try the sea scallops, skirt steak, and the pork tenderloin they are all fabulous!! The Hibiscus Margaritas are so good too! Can't wait to go back and try some more of the chefs creations!

This place is amazing. The ownership and the staff really know how to treat their customers. The Tacos are amazing. Becky is a great Bartender! Jose is a great guy!

This restaurant is definitely one of the most appealing spots in the neighborhood. Every time I visit, I leave feeling satisfied. They consistently maintain an excellent level of service and serve top-quality meals. You can always count on a great experience here. I highly recommend it!
