Restaurant bewertenMr big-on-customer-service needs to pick on the experience he had in this particular McDonalds store.
I have been here 3 times now ! This is by far the worst Gourmet burger I have ever had !!! The staff are great but after being asked how was my burger I couldn't hold back ! The beef pattie was so tiny it was embarrassing and the salad was laid on thin ! The staff member informed me the store gets there burger patties already weighed and sent to the store as is. I complained to head office and they said the patties are 130 grams of primal cut with no filler ! Whatever ! I go to my local "Grilled" burger place and they put this rubbish to shame ! I suggest the guys that started this do a bit of quality control !!! Instead of spending all their time trying to expand and line there pockets with cash !!! Do your self a favour and get a burger anywhere else but here !!!
There was 4 of us for lunch. Their burgers are good. They are very expensive, we all complained to each other about their prices.
Had previously sample Burger Urge at Banyo with excellent results. Not to be when sampling in home town. Made mistake of going today after work got take away. Only one on so he was taking orders and having to cook. Being polite it was disgusting, with so many distractions El Diablo meat was dried out, 3 soggy onion rings? 4 small bits jalapeno.Long wait for very poor burger. Will be a very long wait for my return. "El Diablo" will be living in "frozen" environment.
So, burger urge had been on my radar for a while. I'd seen posts from friends. Super excited to finally try it. What a let down. My burger looked liked they bought it at Coles, and then defrosted it. The onion rings where not battered. The sweet potato fries where soft and greasy. The burger urge beer was flat. I've had better and wouldn't go there again. Better than other high street drive ins. But not enough to warrant the cost.
