Le Cafe Noir - Rouen

We entered this cafe around 1 pm without any staff member telling us or answer "Hello". Some tables were set up for lunch, we wanted to drink, so we settled at a small table, not erect, near the bar.One of the servers saw us very well but after several round-trips still nothing.My friend then rose and waited before the bar.After 1/4 hour without any sign of the staff we left without being able to consume! I would like to clarify that the number of customers present this day does not justify taking our order. A really mediocre service!Very disappointed we will unfortunately not recommend this place.

Of a satisfactory quality ratio, the black coffee is a welcoming and family brewery, where the bosses, even in peak time, are working to satisfy the customer. the menu is varied, but without excess either, always one or two dishes of the day, the fries are delicious, the desserts too. simple but of good quality, family, and well served dishes. The number of inhabitants found there every day is probably the reflection of this atmosphere. It's always a pleasure to come back.

The restaurant is close to the Ibis Styles hotel. An elegant restaurant , french and Italien food. All we ate was tasety. The service is very professional. A BIT EXPENSIVE.

Small brewery where you eat well, very well. Besides, after talking with the bosses, I learned that some evenings, local artists' concerts are organized. which adds a little more to this brewery.

For lunch without ruining with good products. the bosses are pleasant, the service unec and we go back satisfied and satisfied
