Excellent food and quick service. Friendly staff! Good selection of deserts and hot food. Worth a visit!

I stopped by for a cup of tea and was pleasantly surprised. As a wheelchair user, I was initially concerned about the steps, but a kind lady quickly came out and guided me through the carpark entrance. They had a designated table for wheelchair users and were extremely helpful and friendly. I adored the charming yet not overly cutesy decor. I thoroughly enjoyed my tea and teacake. We'll make sure to enter through the carpark next time, but I highly recommend this tearoom.

I had a delightful experience at the restaurant's afternoon tea. The sandwiches were freshly made and generously filled, and there was a great selection of cakes to choose from. I particularly liked the idea of being able to pick your own cakes at the beginning. The only downside was being charged for lemonade. Since I don't drink tea or coffee, I asked for an alternative and was told it wouldn't be a problem. However, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay for the substitution. I ordered a second drink and would have appreciated being informed that neither were included in the tea set. I understand that it would have been helpful to mention this at the time, but my friend was the one who paid so I didn't realize immediately.

Visited with a friend for afternoon tea. £19 each? I recall. They accommodated us as we aren't sweet toothed and changed a couple of things round for us. Endless tea top ups. Gripes; Don't slice the cheese for the sandwiches, far to thick, grated better. I wouldn't bother with the cream cheese either unless it has smoked salmon with it. Lovely clean place and nice staff

Called in on Friday lunchtime. We hadn't pre booked and were delighted that they managed to squeeze us into the cozy lounge at the rear. Lovely atmospheric homely surroundings. Super comfortable and very cozy. The food was delicious and plentiful. Very fresh and beautifully presented. We were a party of 3 in our 50's, 60's and 80's. I can honestly say I have NEVER been to a place who are so allergy aware...I have a severe fish allergy. The waitress was amazing, highlighting my allergy on every page of our order and the kitchen staff were thorough and cautious ensuring that nothing we came into contact with had been contaminated/in contact with fish, including checking on what the other diners on a different table beside us were ordering. Absolutely wonderful. An abundance of allergy free food varieties with a reassuring attention to detail given. I cannot recommend Deer Park highly enough and will definitely now be a frequent customer. Thankyou so much.
