Sublime Tree - Roswell

I forgot to take a photo because I was immediately drawn to the incredible kicherbsalat sandwich and kale salad. I couldn't stop eating! They also offer delicious smoothies and other healthy options. This restaurant is fantastic.

The inside of Sublime Tree is exceptionally clean and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a convenient drive-through window, which is a nice touch. I ordered a Pitaya bowl and requested it without granola or honey, and it was absolutely delicious! The only downside was the price, which came to about $11. Overall, I had a great experience and although I can't afford to visit regularly, it may be a nice place to treat myself once in a while.

The restaurant offers plenty of vegan options on their menu, and they are also willing to adapt non-vegan dishes to cater to vegan preferences. They source many of their ingredients from local farmers, and their drive-thru service is perfect for those busy workdays.

Absolutely delicious and fresh. had the quinoa bowl and it was so refreshing. everything has joined together well. also had the more smoothie and that was as good as it was. bthrm was so clean, which is a bonus. I can say the cleanliness of bthrm and space was overall clean. ppl was so friendly. was done very quickly and to have a drivethru is now a bigger bonus. ya to eat health(y)! it cost. thx.

Large healthy food with big aromes! the garden packaging was simply delicious with spruten, avocado, spinat and tons more! burn with all possible big flavors! the matcha Picchu-Smoothie was from this world! yum yum! bananas, matcha, termine, spinach....OMG good! then we shot the green daumen weizengrass. not for all, as it tastes like a freshly cut razor. but I love them dirty, they're so good for you.
