I ordered a salad and I found a hair in the salad, Asked for another one, also when I ordered the sausage and peppers. I asked her for Fettuccine instead of the regular thin spaghetti noodles, and I got the thin spaghetti noodles. The food was so so in flavor.Food: 3/5
Understaffed.. Sadly. We were not aware that reservations were expected..but the wait wasn't too long. As they were short staffed, it was a bit to get drinks, then the food order. But they were trying. With more help I am sure it would be a great place. Food was good, the portion sizes were huge! We had to get to-go boxes for all.Parking: Parking out front. Located in a strip mall.
This restaurant is absolutely wonderful. The food is delicious and the portions are enormous. Their garlic rolls are hot and made fresh daily. Our server tonight was Makenna. She was excellent. Highly recommend!
I've been here about six times for the Friday night jazz jam and had dinner every time. The food is incredible. Friday night jams are terrific. The service is awful! Three times I've had to go hunting a menu, water or a server because no one will come by to take an order without being flagged down. My friend waited over an hour to place her order Friday night, and I waited about 35 minutes. It isn't super crowded. It's super disorganized, and the servers appear to be assigned to tables everywhere. A couple of the servers seem to really be trying but their processes are so out of control they are set up for failure. Again, the food is amazing. And they are getting a lot of really good musicians showing up for the jam. But I don't know how that I can keep going back when it is so hard to get food and drinks.
