Restaurant bewertenThe pizza was bomb so were the sides. Only complaint was the price. $27 for a paper thin pizza and a side is just a bit much. My wife is only 105 pounds but between the two of us we managed to woof down the entire thing in about 10 minutes. I know inflationstagflation or whatever is a total biznatch but this was a major case of sticker shock for us.
Pizza, bread bites pasta was ordered online, and delivered at carside several minutes early. It was hot fresh. No issues. Good job!
I am really disappointed! I placed my order at 5:45 PM, and it didn't arrive until around 7:23 PM. Seriously, how long does it take to prepare a pizza, garlic balls, and chicken Alfredo pasta? This is unacceptable, and the owner needs to take action when the restaurant is understaffed! I ordered delivery, yet customers who took the time to dine in were left waiting for over an hour and a half. I recommend driving a little further to the location at 2221 Sunset Blvd, Ste 123, Rocklin, CA 95765; they are much better!
If I could rate this restaurant 0/5, I would. This is the third time I’ve ordered from Domino's (from different locations), and the quality has significantly declined. The call center is staffed by people who seem distracted and unfamiliar with their promotions. After being abruptly hung up on, I decided to place my order online. I requested my pizza to be delivered in an hour, and while I understand they may be short-staffed like many others, I accepted that. However, my pizza arrived burnt and dry with almost no sauce. If you want a decent pizza from Domino's, you really need to pick it up yourself; otherwise, it's simply a waste of your money. The issues with timing, staff quality, and product consistency have occurred multiple times, and I'm convinced this is now the standard for Domino's franchises. If you enjoy cold, burnt pizza that arrives an hour after you order it, then maybe Domino's is the place for you. Otherwise, I recommend looking elsewhere.
It used to be a great place, but now they have a call center that's really difficult to understand. When I finally got transferred to the store, they told me that all promotions are handled exclusively through the call center. What a disappointment!
