I visited last autumn and it was quite decent overall. I ordered the pumpkin cheesecake flavor, and they can taste both the pumpkin flavor and the cream of the cheesecake. service was timely and attentive. 3.5 stars

Ordered birthday cakes online to be picked up at this place. the next day the order was canceled without the indication of reasons. if they cannot fulfill an order, they will not accept the first place.

I purchased a LARGE smoothie, and the guy who made it must be a manager, or at least very concerned about the bottom line, because he went for for smallest banana, and put in one scoop of frozen yogurt he went to use ice cream at first, probably cheaper? I hate to pay for something, and then have the server cut every corner he can.

Your basic Baskin Robbins with the loveliest workers. Not much to say ... The mint chocolate is my all time favorite flavor. Parking is plentiful and they have Dunkin Donuts too!

I have never received my custom order from this restaurant. After reading another review, it seems this might be a common issue for them. I ordered a custom ice cream cake online through baskinrobbins.com for a special birthday celebration and gave them 24 hours to prepare it. Before heading in to pick it up, I attempted to call and check on its status, but the call went to voicemail, and the mailbox was full. When I arrived at the store, they informed me that the cake was never made. The employee tried to blame me for not allowing enough time for the cake to be prepared, even though I had placed the order well in advance. No one reached out to me about any issues, and it seemed like they simply disregarded my order. Blaming the customer for their mistake is not the way to win repeat business. The customer service was terrible.
