Panera Bread - Rosedale

I love this Panera is located near five down and several small shops. My order is a Cinnamon Crunch Bagel. You have less options for cream cheese flavors. So I choose honey walnut. Today I ordered an orange cranberry muffin with a smoothie. It was delicious.

Great tasting, quick pickup. Very lack of customer service from an older lady in the morning, the customers not well welcomed if at all. I got the Bagel packs several times, and the Bagels are consistently rugged. Not sure if this is a machine or a human error. I would give 5 stars on food and 3 stars in the morning customer service.

I had no bad experiences except a cashier who asked my order twice, three times. But the food is great. The chip sandwich in the advertisement is wonderful.

Before I go home, I order my breakfast before they are open, I go to work and keep on the way and my bag is waiting for me next to the entrance. You can't beat that. Once at work I have a nice hot sandwich and a delicious blueberry scene. Great way to start the day.

I received an incomplete order last week (chicken was missing from a salad) and called to let management know. My name was taken and I was told to return and ask for management. Upon returning, the manager (the same individual I spoke with when I called), was again very apologetic and went out of her way to ensure the salad was made properly. This Panera is not the one closest to my residence, however I come to this one because they generally take care in preparing the orders. Today, Sharnella and her team gave me another reason to continue coming to this location great customer service and care.
