Sizzler - Roseburg North

Food was great and hot. Our waiter was amazing. Only down fall its needs a little upgrade has a smell of a old building.

The salad bar is ok nothing fancy.....the soup on the other hand is whole different story the clam chowder is everyday nothing special the vegetable beef soup is almost inedible way to much pepper is used in its making I reported many time it's unfortunate because it looks so good and probably tastes good if you can anything but pepper.

The BEST part of dinning there is the service. EVERY employee are the best. They give better attention to the dinners than I have seen at four star restaurants. The salad bar is good. Not as good as Ruby Tuesday's wich is hard to find anywhere. However, it's still better than most. For the price it's a very good deal. All in all.......for what they charge you get a really good meal.

OK, so this is really kind of a strange thing that happened here at this sizzler me and my wife sat down and had dinner. We both ordered the steak and lobster had a salad each and each order side. Our meal came and I am looking down at my dinner and I’m getting ready to eat and a man walks up and heals down and says hi. I was just looking at your lobster tail and it don’t look right and it looks like it’s burnt so I’m gonna go take it back and get you another one. It stands up and reaches over my plate with his fingers in his hands and grabs my lobster tail and walks off. And the guy comes back about five minutes later with another lobster tail that’s even smaller than the first one I had and then apologizes for taking the lobster tail off my plate now do we just spend $115 here that’s including the tip and I’m still blown away by thisI’m not sure what to think I know I told my wife that experience there was sure not worth $115

My husband and I are not from Oregon, and we had the best service I'd seen in a while. We had an amazing server who was attentive and kind. They were out of salmon, so the manager spoke to us and covered my granny's meal replacement. I will come again when I'm back down.
