Restaurant bewertenIt's been a couple of years since it's closed, as long as it has a signal that it's gonna reopen soon. [It's closed for a couple of years now, even if you have a next signal soon]
The food was good, but the octopus criolla style was not the same that appears in their web. Santiego is a great staff. The wine list is short for a wine cellar restaurant
We have made the mistake to visit this really terrible remnants, while Rosario and after reading the very positive 2 years old review in Time Out. In the last two years something has happened to the boss.. The tapas we have ordered; Mushrooms in ham, shrimps in garlic, and cheese in Filo pastries were all very average. The shrimps were boiled and the cheese in Filo was a lumpy tasteless mess. We moved to Bife de Chorizo and Bandiola de cerdo. The bandiola was only edible, but overcooked and with tasteless potatoes on the side. The bife was really ghastly and the meat on the row eg 'off '. When a courtesy complaint was put to the head office, he raised angry and said we were wrong to complain and there was nothing wrong with him anything without looking or trying to the repulsive article. In view of his aggressive attitude, we asked for the bill and told him that we did not pay for the Bife, he insisted that we paid and the bill came including the Bife. We held the refusal to pay and, rising with voices, he finally returned with a new bill without the Bife we paid. The attitude of the Head Waiter was exceptional, but perhaps in vain on the basis that I suspect he is confronted by tremendous dunes at every session and he finally loses his patience, but sadly with the wrong people he should give the boss a good kick instead of the customer. A bit of a waiver of the quality of this place was perhaps the way the cook wandered over the remnants like some celebrity, instead of doing his job in the kitchen. This place is a MUST MISS for anyone visiting Rosario, who is by the way a beautiful city.
We were a group of friends and ate very well. There was a menu since it was the gastronomic week. the same was marital with a wine and the choice was excellent. the presentation of the dishes and the combination of flavors we loved. the price was moderate but I do not know which are in usual conditions. the dessert... a delight!
The atmosphere is very nice and quiet, with light tenuous, extremely attractive ara enjoy as a couple. the wine menu is very good and with a great variety, the food a delight both the entrance and the main dish and the dessert, gourmet cuisine very recommended.
