Restaurant bewertenWe ate at Morea at the end of April and had a wonderful experience. The food was fabulous. The staff was helpful and attentive. There were 10 in our group and everyone loved their meal. The fig pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had. Everyone agreed. The burrata and calamari were delicious. The hanger steak, organic chicken and lamb were some of our favorites.
The food is great here, the hanger steak was very well done. The design is questionable as there is allot going on but the desserts especially puff pear pastry is out of this world. You can taste the fusions of Peruvian and Greek flavors.
We were a group so made a selection of the mezze starters which were good and arrived quickly. Lovely olives and nuts. Main courses were big but served simply without additional potatoes or rice. Overall enjoyable.
We were a party of 7 and decided to share all of our dishes. Each dish had a distinct and excellent flavor profile. We ordered the lamb chops, cauliflower, beets, crispy salmon, Brussels sprouts, crudo, frito misto and linguini with clams. We all enjoyed every dish bc the preparation and seasoning was spot on. Our server Taylor was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The only negative was that the bartender who originally served us was angry, flustered and not suited for this restaurant. He also made a derogatory comment to one of the other patrons. They also need bus staff which could’ve really helped out the waiters and bartenders.
I have been here for both brunch and dinner. Tonight I had the Mushroom Truffle Flatbread with a Ketel One cocktail. The cocktail is part of a Cheers for Ukrain program and all proceeds go to efforts there. It was delicious! The mushroom truffle was fresh and very filling. We had the Cheese cake for dessert and it was made out of Feta Cheese which made it very light and airy but still had a creamy texture. The beach side view and interior decor is amazing. Moréa is perfect place for date night and brunch.
