Burger King - Rome

The dining room was quite untidy. Every table was dirty, covered with sticky spills and crumbs, which was very unhygienic!

I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and speck, but they added the cheese and forgot the speck. I went back through the drive-thru to address the issue. Instead of making a new sandwich, they took the original one, which I believe goes against health department regulations, and added the missing speck. However, they didn't even get it right—there was only one piece, and it was broken in half. The sandwich was cold and greasy, and the speck seemed old. This experience was truly disappointing! Burger King has really gone downhill!

For some people, almost any food can be delicious, but my experience was disappointing. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and a large onion ring, but the food was overcooked and greasy. I couldn't even eat it, and the sodas were messed up as well. Everything tasted flat. Thanks for nothing, Burger King. The location in Rome, GA needs to make some serious changes.

Stood behind a woman who shows a bit on her phone as left to show employees. hasn't even recognized me. I didn't go back.

Went through the drive through and ordered a large diet Dr Pepper. I tasted it while in line and it was pure carbonation, very little syrup. I mentioned it and she said all their diet drinks taste that way today… and why would you serve it?!? It is soooo bad. Just beware of diet drinks before you pull away from the window!!
