Carbone's Prime - ROCKY HILL

PRIME is an outstanding restaurant but bring your wallet...we had eggplant parmigiana,short ribs(outstanding) , cheese/meats app(shared by 2), a free birthday dessert, one glass white wine 2 glasses of red wines= $100+$30tip. The "prime steakses were in the $50+ range would have pushed our tab much higher. I f you 'd like to save money head to the bar for the bar for pizzas less than $20. PRIME is incredible popular 7 usually crowded so make a special event some days beforehand. To celebrate a birthday, anniversary etc Carbones PRIME is the place to enjoy!!

Food never disappoints! Delicious. Prices high but worth it for special occasions!

Service was phenomenal, our waiter was checking on us at least every 15 minutes. Food was spectacular, steak was cooked perfectly as requested and the flavor was unbelievable.

Carbone’s veal parmigiana was the best I’ve ever had. The veal was tender, thin (but not paper thin), lightly breaded with a tasty breading and cooked perfectly. It was served with a side of ricotta cavateli that were exceptional nice and chewy, with a very tasty tomato sauce. Our waitress was professional and helpful, checking in with us but not hovering. Dining at Carbone’s was an extraordinary dining experience.

Always consistently delicious steaks and Italian entrees. The cocktails are great too!!
