Never disappointed, I’ve made lots of orders for pick up using the app and never missed an item. Staff is always super friendly, always with a smile even at 6:00am when many of us are kinda grumpy. Best coffee in my opinion.Vegetarian options: Many options for vegetarians. I am not, yet still love their meatless treats and savory bites.Parking: There are many parking spots around the building.

The delivery driver had not delivered my items after over 2 hours, and I live only 15 minutes away. When I text this person, named Rebecca, to inquire about the order, she initially acted like she did not know what I was talking about. Then she said that Dunkin’ donuts has messed up my order. I then text her a copy of my order. 5 minutes later my order was cancelled. I had saw on the map that her car was at Dunkin’ Donut at least an hour before I contacted her. I believe she was dishonest and somehow missed the order, and by the time I contacted her, the store was closed. She should have just been honest, but since she didn’t, she should be held accountable.
