Restaurant bewertenTerrible terrible while I understand as a business owner we have to manage our supplies and products wisely to not overspend. I find it extremely ridiculous that today I purchase 3 meals at this location and when I ask for barbecue sauce they said they could only give one. For the whole order not per meal but for the whole order. I find that ridiculous on tap of that they said that the cashier was supposed tell the customer when placing the order. Had I known that information while placing the order I would have gone somewhere else where there is not such a thing I was asking for a lot just one sauce per order I think that?s fair.

So disappointed I wasted 6000 pts on a Happy Meal that they were advertising for the up and coming Black Panther Wakanda Forever film! Just for them NOT to have nor be giving away the Wakanda Forever toys that are suppose to be included! Instead I got a cars toy! I was really looking forward to collecting all 10 toys. As a super fan and fanatic about the movie!!! This is so disappointing truly a waste of points, that I cant get back! When I went inside and asked, they were clueless and instead told me the cars toys are all they have.
Wilfredo is hands down the best employee at this location. He always has a smile on his face, and is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. Excellent customer service.
Giving 2 stars bc it’s only fair. I appreciate the corporate office having Fabio reach out to me after I had a horrible experience in the drive thru previously. As a former manager for over a decade, it was disheartening that I wasnt listened to three times after explaining my order, was pulled ahead after it was made wrong, then got home and had a totally different order entirely. Weeks later, I came to get my free meal, that I was offered in place. As I walked up to the counter, I asked to speak to a manager. I was told by an employee that “he WAS the manager”, and he “was the one” who had spoken to me previously. This was a total lie. He had no idea what I was explaining, offered me a free apple pie and then CHARGED me for it, PLUS two meals. I asked for the actual manager, and a woman walked up briefly. She asked me to PROVE that my free meal was free!! I showed her my email. She simply said, “NO” I dont know the name of the person” in the email, and walked away. She didn’t READ it, she didn’t call the number, or even walk her rude self to the back to SEE my name was in a formal letter. SO, I warned her that all I would need to do was call corporate again, she scoffed and went back to talk smack about me to all the staff. I got corporate on the phone, and she was told by him the situation she was too busy to handle or investigate. The young man at the front was very apologetic and kind, he remedied the situation as she sauntered over, gave me half a refund, and walked away. She never said sorry, never said a kind word. Don’t worry ma’am! Although I’m Black… I actually SPEAK Spanish… so I got your drift that you couldn’t be bothered!! ALSO, it was THIS “manager” who screwed up my order the FIRST time, look at the irony in that! Looks like I understand the breakdown of her staff. It starts with HER and her nasty attitude. Nobody wants to travel 20 minutes out of my way to try to fake a free order for a fish filet, MIRIAM! Sooooo Happy Holidays to Fabio G, Jose M, for being so kind, and to every one !!!!!! ……except for Mean Manager Miriam, who is too busy looking and acting like Scrooge all day to complete customer satisfaction, or her job entirely!
