Wendy's - Rockmart

Please see!! Arrived at drive tru and based on the greeting, I thought I was at a night club bar in Atlanta! Absolutely NO customer service. Learn to leave personal matters at your home. Customers looking for food and service..NOT ATTITUDE. After therude come back on intercom..my appetite was lost and I got lost too! Chick fil A thank you!

One of the worst Wendy's that I have been to in a very long time. The last one that I went to that was really terrible was roach-infested with rats. This one didn't roach infested but they definitely don't have a good customer service. Verydisrespectful. Did not want my order. We waited for 10 minutes at the at the order menu. She was not helpful at all. She wasdisrespectful to the point where we pulled off and I had a son who was 2 years old that is hungry and we had to ride down theroad and find somewhere else do not go to this place. It is a terrible establishment

Whatever you do for the love of God, do not go to this Wendy's in rockmart. Occasionally we stop by and use this restaurant as a pass through. We went today and the lady that took our order was extremely disrespectful. Did not understand what six four piecenuggets means and she had the worst attitude that I've dealt with. I don't know where y'all are getting these people at, butseeing that you already have a three-star rating, kind of lets me know where your customer service is. Again, do not go to thisone. It is one of the worst Wendy's that I have ever been to absolutely terrible, horrible. Do not do not. Do not go

They forgot one item, but I circled back and got it from them. When I got home, one of the chicken biscuits were actually sausage and cheese, and the Classic sausage egg cheese sandwich used a hamburger bun instead of the properbun/roll. Disappointing.

Food was cold and stale, got wrong sauces for nuggets. Complained to corporate who said franchise personnel would contact me within a couple days which never happened which tells me they don't care nothing about customers. Has turned me away from wendysall together.
