Kfc - Rock Hill

The food was excellent! I ordered the Famous Bowl, and it was served hot, fresh, and incredibly tasty. I also recommend trying the new Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning fountain drink.

The food was delicious, and the service was mostly friendly. During my visit, they were a little slow because they were short-staffed, but they apologized for the delay, which I completely understood.

The chicken I was served was cold, and one of the wings was spoiled and couldn't be eaten. It really ruined my appetite.

I typically don't go to this particular KFC location since it's only a few blocks from my house. I can't really comment on whether their drive-thru service is average or slow, but it doesn’t take too long to get through. The staff is friendly, and the food is always served hot. I definitely prefer waiting for fresh food rather than getting something that’s been sitting around. Overall, the staff is pleasant, and I've never had any issues with my orders at this KFC.

I truly love the decor—it's quite nostalgic and uplifting, which really made my day better. It also appears to be cleaner than many other KFC locations I've been to. The staff is cheerful and energetic, contributing to a wonderful atmosphere. The food tasted fresh and was prepared just the way I enjoy it. Overall, I had an excellent experience here and would definitely recommend it!
