Kfc - Rock Hill

This KFC has the best chicken that I have had in a long time from this franchise chain. I don't know if it was just that particular day but I would say keep up the good work cuz it's hard to find a KFC with good hot chicken.

Good food and fast service it?s anything you would want from a fast food place.

My first experience at this location came with some difficulties, including wait time and missing order items. However, after some understanding and speaking to the area manager Alan a pleasure to talk to he made sure that my second experience was absolutely perfect, and it was. Looking forward to my next meal from this KFC.

The chicken I received was cold, and one of the wings was spoiled and inedible. It really killed my appetite.

I usually don't visit this specific location since it's just a few blocks from my house. I can't really say if their drive-thru service is average or slow, but it doesn't take too long to get through. The staff is friendly, and the food is always served hot. I definitely prefer waiting for fresh food rather than receiving something that has been sitting around for a while. Overall, the staff is pleasant, and I've never encountered any problems with my orders at this KFC.
