Kfc - Rock Hill

Was in the rush for lunch and didn't check my bag. I can say the food didn't last long... it was really good... but my order was completely wrong. I charged $10 for something that was $5 on the menu... will go to another KFC in town if I even get back to KFC

Gave me the wrong order through the drive through. And wasn't even good.

Good food overall BUT the famous bowl… the chicken in all of the famous bowls I order from here are meatless! I’m always having to spit them out. It’s just bread, literally

I have been here once before. Extremely slow personnel with attitude. You walk inside and have to stand at the counter for about 5 minutes before being waited on. Then today they placed a sign inside not on the door but at the cash register inside saying DRIVE THRU ONLY. I done walked inside hoping to get something and set down but no I have to go thru drive thru. Nope not doing that either screw it KFC can go down in flames cause this ain't the only one that sucks

Worst place I been 2.Of course I sat in line from 5:50pm and it's now 6:22 and I'm still the 3rd car. My food was cold and how can burnt looking food be cold though smh. You all need to do better smdh. N it's not that hard to not burn biscuits, it doesn't take that long to cook it and I know this because a lead manager in the food industry n have been so for over 20 years. No offense but get someone in there who will work n make sure u don't run out of items or be behind because where I work n cook at, we don't run out of nothing on my lunch shift....
