Tim Hortons - Rochester

The outdoor atmosphere may not be great, but don't let that discourage you. While Dunkin Donuts is located across the street, the service there is terrible with rude staff and delays in preparing food. On the other hand, the workers at Tim Hortons are friendly and efficient, providing quick service with very few mistakes in orders. Overall, it's a good place for a quick take-out breakfast.

Never have anything in stock. Run out of everything by 4:00PM. Service is slow. Only reason they are getting a 2 is because they usually don't mess up orders.

I wanted to share my recent experience at this Tim Hortons location with my 7-year-old daughter. She commented that it was a good Tim Hortons because the staff were friendly despite the crowd, and the food was fast and delicious. We both give it a 5 for food and service, and a 4 for atmosphere.

To my understanding Tim hortons ratio for cream and sugar is different then anywhere else. Alright that’s fine, so I got used to 1 cream 2 sugars. Maybe 1 out of 10 times I will get the sugar. Maybe the machine is broke not sure but it’s annoying when you pay over 3$ for coffee and don’t get it the way you order it.
