Taco Bell Dewey Ave - Rochester

I don't prefer fast food, but sometimes you just have to. A taco bell is a taco bell. Clean, friendly staff and good food. Love the self-ordered kiosks. All options! You know what you're getting, and it always hits the spot.

I didn’t have a good experience here, and i’m not going to go into details and slander my fav restaurant, but it was not good. however, the cashier, paige, handled the issues professionally and kindly. i was offered a free side for my inconvenience and even after declining, she surprised me with a bag of free items because she felt so bad. i truly appreciated her and her patience!

The tacos here are fantastic! They come loaded with plenty of meat and beans, and the cheese is absolutely delicious. I love them!

I had a great experience with Sarah, the manager. She assisted me with an incorrect order I received from the Jeff Rd location, and I was truly impressed that she took the time to personally fix it. Sarah was both professional and friendly. Overall, I was really impressed!

The true heroes of the day! The staff is lively, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. The food is fantastic. Thank you for bringing some joy to this gloomy day!
