Restaurant bewertenWith more than 30 minutes before closing, to Google, if you do not intend, customers for a simple order of a ?snack pack? for one? You got the phone? After asking courteously to submit a pickup order, you answer rudely?um No.? I was buried by this answer and thought it might be directed to an employee while I picked up the phone, I kindly asked again in the same courtesy way to hear again.. No? I said no! Typical Rochester dealers. Power Trip a lot? Providing a courtesy response and or an explanation why you cannot take the order is the right way to handle business. Utterly disappoints with the professionalism of this facility. Sal? Birdland, officially penetrate the negative reputation of Rochester NY's food service professionals.
I've been here for over 30 years and the prices have risen, but I still love the wings and wedges!! It's worth it.

I just came with my friend and son after leaving the hospital, I know it was 15 minutes before they closed and I apologized for the order, but they were super rude. Look at us in discust because we came in. I always had good things to say about this place, but it's disappointing. I have 20 wings for $40 and probably won't give my service back.
I have not been home in 8 years . Yet, whenever I do come home. I always stop by sal's. They still taste the same and always send me home wanting more. If you are ever in Rochester, NY. This is a must go to spot.
