Restaurant bewertenI was lured by the empanadas, but ended up with a full dinner of arroz con pollo! Small dinners feature the typical choice of white or yellow rice, beans, and choice of protein. Mediums include a side. Today it was a cold chicken pasta salad an interesting and flavorful take on the item that I would love to try hot. Large dinners include the above plus guineos or sweet plantains. I didn 't get a chance to try them, but they 're certainly on the agenda for my next visit. Oh, yeah. I 'm totally going back. I had yellow rice and beans, pepper chicken and the pasta salad. The rice was flavorful, yet seasoned milder than I 'm used to which should play well to the nearby lunch crowd who may be unfamiliar with the cuisine. I thoroughly enjoyed the pepper chicken breast meat cut in large chunks simmered in an, again, mild seasonings. FWIW It appears this is a new venture (5 days! for the owner featuring his brother as the cook so perhaps the seasonings will be more pronounced once he gets settled. I look forward to seeing their evolution first hand and truly hope they succeed.
Freezer burnt empanads, dont let them fool you at the food truck rodeos.
Some of the best empanadas my friends and I have ever had! not only eating delicious, the owner is also amazing, they can say that he really cares about his customers. it is a certain must try to his empanada is really Roc-City famous!
Crispy, delicious. only to taste the bark and the mac
Went to their truck at RIT. They were an hour late. I was told this is common for them by several students. I ordered five dinners for a family party. They got every order wrong I ordered an assortment and all the empanadas were one kind. Their mac and cheese is delicious. The empanadas were just okay.
