The chicken is always good, but the pricing is misleading. This isn’t the first time I've encountered issues with their prices. Don’t rely on any menu prices you find online. I ordered a 10-piece dark chicken, and the online menu I checked said it was $17.99. The person taking my order over the phone mentioned that it came with two sides, so to keep it simple, I asked for both sides to be fries. However, we were charged $30.44 with tax and a credit card surcharge. When I returned to address this issue this morning, the general manager informed me that my side orders weren't considered included sides. The receipt showed that each order of fries was $7.01, adding up to a staggering $14 for fries! I questioned why the person who took my order didn’t clarify this. Unfortunately, the so-called GM rudely walked away after stating that it was a fair price given the rising costs. He gave me the owner’s business card, but after calling and leaving a message, I’ve received no response. As much as I enjoy the chicken, I won’t be returning any time soon due to their deceptive practices.

In terms of the ratings, I would give the food a perfect 5 out of 5. The service is good, so I'll rate that a 4, and the atmosphere is also enjoyable, earning another 4. If you're looking for recommendations, I highly suggest trying their various ice cream selections, the 8 pieces of crispy chicken, onion rings, floats, gyros, Chicago-style hotdog, patty melt, or the spicy chicken.

I dined in for dinner and had a fantastic experience. The price per person was around $10–20, which is very reasonable considering the quality offered. The food was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, also deserving a 5-star rating. The atmosphere of the restaurant was delightful, providing a perfect backdrop for the meal, so I gave it a perfect score of 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the breaded chicken—it's a must-have dish!
