Restaurant bewertenCalled in on way home from Manchester not been for ages but what a decision lamb bhuna half chips half rice naan very tasty meat was tender the naan to die for
Me and my partner went in last night Saturday night for the first time got a table straight away no waiting ordered drinks 2 poppadoms each onion chutney for the main I ordered chicken rogan Josh half pilau rice half chips my partner ordered lamb pasanda and a nan bread all came out quick starter then main no waiting poppadoms were nice the lamb was soft in the pasanda my chicken rogan Josh was OK too much oil in the sauce I like to pour it over my rice and chips and mix it in but I had to use a spoon to get the chicken and sauce out the bowl and leave the oil behind tipping the spoon on the side of the bowl to let the oil run off so by the time I was done there was a bowl of oil left this is the only thing that spoilt it the gurry and chicken were nice and it's a bit overpriced compared to other places I have been would I go back I don't no if I was in Middleton again for a night out maybe so because there is not a lot of Indian restaurants around there or I may be tempted to get a taxi to the dilshad on Hollinwood avenue
Had a brilliant meal here. The waiters were really friendly and knowledgable about all the dishes on the menu. I went for the garlic chilli chicken which was very spicy and bursting with flavour.
Staff were welcoming and friendly, showed us to our seats promptly, food took about 15-20 minutes for 4 meals which was right considering it was curry, well presented food and tasted fantastic, plates were cleared and bill was given as soon as we asked. Staff chatted to us afterwards and seemed to really appreciate the custom. would 100% go back.
We've been here many times over the years and the standard never drops. Even tonight on a busy New Years Eve the food and service has been exceptional.
