Food Lab Robe

We went past food lab in robe and the pizza menu understood our attention fast, we thought for a vegan / gf pizza and it should be one of the best we had! the cheese was melted, the basic was perfect and the topping was mostly blown. the Italian cook came to meet us and we had a great chat, he told us about the vegan croissants and we ensured to be back the next morning. we are not yet sure of the magic that happens in the kitchen, because the croissants were absolutely incredible! soft, fluffy, warm and lightly filled with jam. along with the big coffee, it was a double dip of meal that let us come back! molto molto benne grazie food lab!

We have absolutely thrilled eating and drinking at the food lab! they have incredibly good for vegan and gluten-free requirements. we dined on delicious w gf pizza with the tenderest vegan cheese

I was not allowed to give this place 5 stars, because happy kuh reserve 5 stars only to fully vegan places, but this place deserves them. it was amazing! to start with the cook is Italian and is so beautiful! I felt in italy with a traditional pizza and the vegan cheese omg! I have never tried a better vegan cheese! 100000 worth

Highly recommended! my partner had vegan gnocchi with a small vegan cheese on the top and it had the most amazing rich, complex tomato base sauce seriously good! I had a vegan pizza that the very friendly Italian pizza maker adapted for me. he said that he himself was vegetarian, so seemed to be more vegan. the pizza was fabulous! the restaurant was pleased to accommodate our request for as little oil as possible with the food. they even had a zero alcohol peroni beer for me to have with the pizza. Do not miss this place if they are in or near robe! I would have given 5 stars, but the program does not leave me unless the venue is fully vegan.

Limited vegan options but that didn't matter. Expanding their menu to include more vegan options. We trialled their vegan big brekky and it was incredible. The pizza and salad were out of this world. The staff are amazing and friendly. I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone, not just vegans! Updated from previous review on 2021-12-13
