Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse - Roanoke

The food was great. The service was poor. Before we were done eating, the servers started trying to take away plates we were still eating from. After we finished eating, all the dishes were taken away except empty drinks which were never refilled. Then a 45 min wait to pay so we could leave. Restaurant has a standard 18% built in gratuity for the hibachi tables so they get a fair tip even if you get poor service. Service: Dine in
