Hollywood's Restaurant & Bakery

This was a great place to eat. Great service, amazing food, and very close to our hotel. We could not have had a better experience on our quick visit to Roanoke, VA. Thank you!

Great restaurant! The staff is so sweet. You can tell they love out of town patrons. The US and World Maps with push pins from everyone who has eaten there is worth the stop just by itself. I got the Fried Green Tomato BLT with my pimento cheese on the side and pasta salad. My son got the white bean chicken chili and my husband got the open face roast beef with mashed potatoes and green beans. The green beans were really amazing as was the chicken chili. All in all a great place to stop right off the interstate.

We've frequented Hollywood's on four occasions over the past year: once with friends and the remaining meals on our own. We've tried both the lunch and dinner menus. The wait staff are all personable, but the food leaves much to be desired. We found all main courses crazy-salty. My theory is that the chef is a smoker.
