Chick-fil-A - Roanoke

Great food as usual. Parking lot and drive thru are a nightmare. Don't take any vehicle larger than a small car or suv. There is parking at the nearby home depot and walk across. Just don't try and park in their lot. Great food and service.

First time ever getting an incorrect order from the drive thru at this Chick Fil A. Ordered strips and received a fruit bowl, which I had to take back inside to get my strips. As I waited for about 15 minutes, 3 more people came in with incorrectorders to be rectified. They did ask me if I wanted to keep the fruit but I declined. It wasn't nearly as busy as I've seenit but it was for sure disorganized.

I wish you could give this place. 20. Stars! Yes that da#n good! Some might say they're Magic the way they stack up against ALL the other fast food restaurants. You guys set a perfect example for all others!!! It is my Pleasure to give you a excellentreview!

Always my go to Chick-fil-A. They always get you in and out quickly and the food is always top notch. Great customer service (just like every Chick-fil-A) and the drive-thru has two lanes when they're busy so it's never a long wait. Keep up the greatwork!

What happened to this place? I used to love going here. Chick-fil-as are known for their implacable customer service. I went through here for breakfast this morning and the person working the drive through was so rude and impatient. Don't expectChick-fil-a's world class customer service here.
