Waffle Ra'anana - רעננה ישראל

Food was very good. I had the gnocchi and ravioli duet. It was delicious..better than I anticipated. And the waffle was amazing too. Definitely coming back.

We reserved a table, when we arrived our table was outside. With 33 degrees we expected at least a fan. They have only one fan for a big place, of course they couldn 't turn it on our direction because other customers were complaining. We asked for an English menu and waited. After 10 minutes we asked to move inside and asked once more for the English menu that didn 't arrive yet. They hostess told us that she was going to bring the menu and move the fan to the center, at the moment it was pointed only on a table in the corner. After another 5 minutes the English menu didn 't show up. We asked again to move inside but they only had a table for 4. Being 4 adults and 2 babies that was fine with us but the hostess didn 't let us move because we were going to block the view of the other customers being 6 persons on a 4 persons table. Unfortunately we had to leave, it not possible to eat on an Israel 's August outside at noon. Moreover half of the table was in the sun in a day with absolutely no breeze.

Very simple salads, not appetizing, service -needs improvement, cold coffee was color of milk and tasteless. Waffle for dessert was tasty. We wont be going there again.

The food and coffee is average, not exceptionally good. The service is just a disgrace to all restaurants in the world. The waiting line was ridiculous, despite being told we were number 3 in line, at least 10 people entered before us because they reserved their seat via phone. To summarize, don't go here. I honestly don't know how this place has so much clientele. Also of your food isn't good they wont refubd you or even offer a change.

Service is great. But the place itself is very childish. Way over priced, and the food is just barely OK. Suitable for rich kids under 15 only.
