Restaurant bewertenDon?t even try delivery from this store. Last week I ordered it took over 2 1/2 hours for delivery. By the time The pizza got to my house everybody had already fallen asleep. I thought I would give them another chance. Because the pizza was good despitebeing cold. Today so far it?s been 1:45. This is not good when you have hungry kids. I called to change my order to pick upafter being on hold for 28 minutes they just hung up on me ! I?m a single father so delivery is convenient. I give it twostars because the pizza was pretty good after heating it up in the oven. I?ll be on the lookout for new pizza delivery optionsunfortunately.
I?m giving a 5 because I don?t want to get anyone in trouble. This is more for management to realize what is going on. I have NEVER had so many toppings on a pizza, so greasy it soaked through the boxes by delivery so much the boxes were wet on theoutside. The Philly was slid, which I understand can happen but based on the insane amount of toppings on a thin crust it?s agiven. It gave us a good laugh, but wow!!! Maybe check on your pizza makers and make sure they know how much of each item to puton. I called on the last one I ordered a few weeks ago because my chicken pizza had NO chicken and they gave a free one. Somaybe they were making up for it? ???? order of delivery and actual delivery was in a timely manner.
I ordered a pizza online and was informed that it would be delivered in 40 to 50 minutes. At the 50-minute mark, I called to check on my order, only to be told that they hadn’t even started preparing it yet. This was my second chance with them, as my previous order had been a disaster too— I had ordered a large pizza along with a medium, but they both arrived as the same size. I was charged for a large and a medium, but I essentially received two medium pizzas. This marks my second experience with poor service at this location. I strongly advise against ordering from this Domino's. To top it off, there was no apology for the most recent issue. They don’t deserve your business or mine. STAY AWAY! Consider yourself warned.
At 10 PM, I called one last time and was told that the reason I hadn’t received my food was that they were closed, despite being open at 7:30 PM when I placed my order. The employee claimed there had been issues at the store all day; however, I don’t understand why they didn’t reach out or at least answer their phone. We waited for two and a half hours without any communication from them. I will never order from there again. Despite this, I decided to give them a second chance, but it was a mistake. My food was undercooked and cold, and what was supposed to take 20 minutes ended up taking 50. I would advise against eating at this place!
I’ll give this place a 5-star rating because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble; my score is more for the management to take note of what’s happening. I’ve never seen so many toppings on a pizza before! However, it was so greasy that the delivery crates were wet on the outside. I understand that the Philly cheese steak has moved, which can happen, but the thin crust pizza was overloaded with toppings. It was quite a sight and gave us a good laugh, but still, wow! Maybe they should check with their pizza suppliers to ensure everyone knows how many toppings to put on. The last time I ordered, my chicken pizza didn’t have enough toppings, and they ended up giving me a free one. Perhaps that was their way of addressing it?
