I used the kiosk the girl working there told me to. I gave myself great service.
Went into the el poyo Loco at the riverside plaza standing waiting for the cashier to take my orderWith a stern voice wasn't even polite about says we only take orders for seniors and disabled at the cash register you can use the kiosk to place your order I just oh I'm a senior can I place my order at 5he register then she rudely said that's what I just said .I walked out I'm not going to spend my money in a place with someone talking to me like that when I only was polite to this person horrible customer service I work in retail I never treat my customers this way never will I ever come back
Chicken is always cook great it’s there service that needs work. They always forget something I paid for . Their churros are always hard . And they have to learn how to properly make their famous Green salsa it’s always watered down and don’t taste like Salsa it’s nasty . Cmon u are getting paid pretty good now and this is the service you provide smh ?????????? I don’t want my money back I just want yall to improve
Food was great but there is a place for improvement in courtesy and service. Ordered 6 items and received only 5 while online purchase and in-person pick up. Returned back from parking to fulfill the remaining order. I did not see any politeness or sorry for the incomplete order. Waited for the remaining order then left with good food.
