Chipotle Mexican Grill - Riverhead

I ordered a chicken quesadilla for delivery, and when I received my food, it was extremely dry, served on a tortilla with NO cheese. They mistakenly put the cheese on a "queen quesadilla" instead. After struggling with a terrible automated system to get in touch with someone for a replacement, I finally spoke to a representative about the issue. However, I was left on hold for 20 minutes, and even though I tried to call back, I couldn’t because I was on a time constraint. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing that a Mexican food chain could forget such a basic ingredient for a quesadilla—literally just cheese on a tortilla. I spent $13 on a quesadilla that had no cheese. What a letdown!

My father ordered catering for his party, but unfortunately, he didn't receive half of the items, including cheese, corn, guacamole, and more. I'm really disappointed, especially as someone who usually loves Chipotle and their service. I tried to reach out directly to a Chipotle representative for a refund, but I was unable to do so. The automated customer service is frustrating. For these reasons, I rate this restaurant 1 out of 5 stars. If I could, I would give it 0 out of 5. I would never recommend catering from this place!

They frequently have conflicting hours and never update their website to indicate that they are closed. It's all too easy to make a trip to Riverhead for no reason. Even when they are open, they often run out of various items on the menu.

Everyone knows that chipotle food is chipotle food. but I like this particular situation because it is: (1) extremely clean including toilets (2) very bright with plenty of sitting; and (3) home to a team of very pleasant staff. this is also a very BUSY shop- likely because it is one of the better food options for miles and sometimes can be a longer waiting period or a little hectic. However, I always notice that the workers do their best to maintain the haste. that is really nice to see and they deserve a little more geduld than recommend some of the negative reviews.

Found some unusual thick slimey fluid in the queso, looked felt stuck together like snot apart from the regular queso cheese dip. They are not practicing safe and clean work habits here. Check your food.
