Restaurant bewertenI called to speak with a manager and The general manager but the GM did not want to get on the phone with me because they knew they messed my order up. I am very unhappy with how they dealt with the issue of giving me less than the amount of items we had ordered. Upon trying to figure out a solution apparently all they could say was I was wrong. This is definitely not good customer service. Coming from a general manager myself this is not the way you treat any customer. ASAP Apologize and acknowledge, Sympathize, accept responsibility, prepare to help. We will no longer come to This location after coming here every week this is not okay at all..they were blaming it on the app. Instead of taking Accountability, JUST fixing the order and keeping their customer happy was not an option I would like a call from the owner of this franchise and I’m sure these “managers” need to be retrained. this establishment is a representation of you. And right now it’s looking like you have some under trained employees. I also had this sent to corporate as well with my number. This is what destroys business lazy employees and kids who don’t care. And putting the wrong people in places they don’t belong.
They were understaffed when I went to this location but the employee was very friendly despite being overworked. I always enjoy the food from Del Taco. Simple but tasty.
I went there with my daughters the fries had wayyyyyy to much salt I had one green
The nicest most helpful crew! Sometimes my app doesn't work but they help me get my order coupon anyway. The Double Del Cheeseburger is up there with the best of them. And a Del Combo Burrito is my ultimate comfort food. Love you guys!
The quality of service here is terrible.The food is terrible.The place is dirty and smells bad.The managers Are incompetent.Eat here at your own discretion.It’s disgusting!!????????????
