We were stuck for a place for the night having failed to find a casera in the woods. This place was so kind, welcoming and comfortable. A great place to stay

Couples from England, Switzerland and U.S.A. enjoyed two meals here at the start of our vacation. Host Cristiano was welcoming and friendly. He shared much about Venice, which was to be our final destination on the trip. Food was local fare, not fancy, but well prepared and tasty. Excellent Prosecco on tap!

Just north of Belluno, Veneto, we stumbled upon this place as we were searching for a friend's birthplace. Literally half way up the mountainside. Small, quaint restaurant with all the modern amenities. Run by a husband and wife who moved their from Venice. I had a wonderful plate of gnocchi in gorgonzola and my wife had gnocchi in a Bolognese sauce. Both were excellent and you could tell the gnocchi were home made. Half a carafe of white wine and the bill came to 20 Euros. Above the restaurant they also have rooms to rent for various lengths of stays. Beautiful vista looking into the valley and surrounding mountains.
