Taco Bell - Ripley

I wish I could give a star. the journey by worker said “willing to taco Bell” but when I began to order taco bell, they said that they do not serve taco bell only kfc. eating takes 30 minutes to get out and if it is not exact and eating old tastes. I've fallen into the inner room in regular hours and they told me that I should go because the manager has to spray the employees in the es pane. the total service is terrible. I've seen a coworker trying to fight someone out there and be stopped by managers. really sad for a restaurant chain that is loved by many people.

Though they are short staffed, they don’t let that stop them. Whoever was there today (01/10/22) y’all are amazing and I appreciate you so much for the good vibes and great service!!

Would give no stars but that’s not an option. Went there at 6:45 on a Saturday night and they “aren’t serving Taco Bell.”

The service is horrible. Period. Every single time I go here it takes at least 5-10 minutes to even be acknowledged. I am constantly told Taco Bell isn’t “open” and it has been during the day, even. It seems pointless to have a combination restaurant if one side is always going to be closed. Disappointing. We’ve been driving to New Albany to get actual Taco Bell since the employees here can all stand at the window hanging out playing on their phones instead of actually doing their jobs. The hours on here should be updated to match whenever the employees decide that it is open. ?

Horrible experience everytime I go here. This is supposed to be fast food but Everytime I end up having to wait 20 to 30 minutes. Last time I was here kids were dancing in the kitchen , one was catcalling a woman in the parking lot , another one went on break and left the people waiting in the drive thru. It’s horrible. Sometimes you can’t even order because they’ll say one minute then never come back. Just don’t go here if you value your time.
