Restaurant bewertenIf they don't even get order right after it was repeated three times. Then the so-called manager gives you an attitude. Everyone there should be trained or fired again. It's not hard.
Super manager. I drive a large service truck and can fit through the drive and she warmly welcomed us to order, even if the interior is closed to a rebuild, and they were all very nice to us.
Every time I've gone to DQ I've had issues with food. Burger over cooked and dry or fries were cold and soggy and tasted as if the oil hadn't been changed in a week. I continued to return thinking it must be that particular shift. And once again today I thought maybe it will be better so I stopped in and it wasn't it took the 15 minutes to hand me my order. The cheese curds were bearly warm, 1/2lb burger was cold and meat was so over cooked it was dried out and fries once again cold and soggy. THE THING I LOVED ABOUT DQ THE MOST was thier fries and cheese curds. But now it's a continuous disappointment. Not sure if I want to give Ripley DQ another chance at failure to please.
Bun was soaked when I got my burger and the person taking our order was very rude. I would recommend going elsewhere.
This is the 3rd week in a row I have stopped at the Dairy Queen on Ripley TN and I have not been pleased with the food I have ordered, I had them re-do my order last week and it came back better. This week I ordered a banana split and the pineapple, chocolate and strawberry were put into the boat container then the partially melted ice cream was added on top of the toppings, then the banana was place on the top of each side of the ice and whipped cream was put in the center of all this mess. This store is in dire need of adult supervision and training on making their products. People will stop coming if they don?t get the properly prepared product that is advertised.
