Cafe Trang's Pho - Rio Rancho

Never had vietnamese food before this place and was a little put off by the sound of it, but once i tried one of their rice bowls i cannot wait to go back! Fantastic restaurant!

My new place for Bahn Mi in Rio Rancho. When we are craving a Bahn Mi sandwich we go to the Pho Bar! Tasty....

Pho Bar is great! I eat at Cafe Trang 2-3 times a month near the fairground and enjoy it. Pho Bar was owned by the same family and is so much better and located in RR near my house. So glad to have a western café trang-ish place to eat.

Excellent pho, great taste served with bean sprouts, Thai basil, limes and jalapeños. The fresh pork spring rolls were the best, wonderful taste served with peanut sauce. The service is great, these guys are very attentive and friendly.

PROS: They are the past owners of Cafe Trang and the food is AMAZING! The food is flavorful, healthy options and they offer vegetarian. Incredibly kind service and clean decor! CONS: Only wish they were closer to my side of town but worth the drive! :
