Hallo thought would be a nice cheap birthday night for the children, but very expensive for some basic foods

Great food but be prepared to wait, service not the quickest

I booked a table for 8 people for lunch on 16th June only to arrive and be told Fratelli's don't serve food at lunch time on Sundays!!!! So we didn't eat there but were extremely annoyed. We had travelled an hour to reach the venue, 2 groups travelling from 2 directions so we could celebrate Father's Day. Your booking system made a huge mistake. The venue offered bar meals but that wasn't what we wanted. We had to make alternative arrangements or we be disappointed. I took the trouble to book via Open Table, received a confirmation email so am very angry. I suggest you ensure your system is checked and up to date. I won't be using your booking system again.

Food and environment excellent. Service was slow. 25 minutes between starter and main course

Very friendly and helpful staff, eating was also fantastic.
