Zorba's Pizza Express - Richmond

I have never edited my reviews so many times, but I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this place is. The food is so delicious that it almost brings me to tears, and the customer service provided by the staff and delivery drivers is exceptional. Every time I have ordered from here, the food has been perfect. The mozzarella sticks and sauce are exactly as they should be - with a thick, crispy coating and well-spiced, not like the frozen ones you find elsewhere. The ranch dressing (which is very important) is delicious, maybe with some dill in it? This is what pizza should taste like! The extra cheese pizza is definitely cheesy, with a crust that is just right - not too thick, and cooked perfectly on the outside while being chewy on the inside. The sauce is seasoned just right. My husband ordered the veal Parmesan sub and he says it is very good, with a nice ratio of meat, cheese, sauce, and bread. Our order was delivered much faster than the estimated time, by a very friendly delivery person. This was only our second time ordering, but we will definitely be ordering again!

The pizza was tasty, but we had it delivered and the tiramisu I had ordered was missing. When I called to ask for a refund, the employee said we would receive it next time because they were busy. I was disappointed to have paid for something I didn't get and had never experienced this before.

I placed a $30 order at this restaurant, but they cancelled it because they were out of one drink I ordered. However, they still charged my credit card for the full amount (haven't received a refund yet, will update if it comes). There are much better and more reputable dining options in Richmond. I suggest avoiding this shady establishment.

Used the online ordering for delivery. After waiting more than an hour, I called to check on it. The guy who answered just said, We have no orders right now. I explained how and when I placed my order, and he just repeated himself verbatim. So, my card was charged $25, and I got no food, no apology, and no effort to make it right. That 's not just bad customer service, it 's theft. These folks are scammers.

Good is always good, delivery has always been timely. They don't screw you over with extra delivery charges.
