Restaurant bewerten Was Adrien Altenwerth an Legend Brewing Company nicht mag:
4 stars beer 2.5 stars we often go to legend with friends because the intention is amazing and the atmosphere is good for groups. legend is richmond's original craft beer, and they pay less for a pint than any other brewery in the city. her beer is conservative and conservative in taste. some of their seasonal selections are quite great. this place would be rated higher in my book if you were eating better. it lacks the modern culinary edge of the richmond restaurant scene. with so much culinary talent in richmond it is hard to see how they didn't wear me with a menu that looks promising. Anyway, we go back for the worth and the view of the skyline of downtown...more
There are many seats in the open at legend, either on the deck with views of the river or on the other side of the building with large tables for larger parties. Of course it's about the beer and I enjoyed this time an prise imperial brown. our food included the basket o' brussels (fried brussels sprouts with garlic, feta cheese and speck) as an appetizer. great! and I don't like brussel sprouts! the south-western burger (ipa zwiebelring, cheddarkäse, fresh jalapenos and porter bbq sauce) proved to be filling and delicious, while their side of the German kartoffel salad was somewhat too tasty. my brew burger (brown) ale drunk cheese and apple wood smoked speck) also fit the bill...read more
Although it's a beer place, I didn't try the beer. that I would give a c. baked pickles were pretty good, but my makkaroni was dry and a turbid gland. my friend ordered a medium-heavy burger, but rare, had to wait about 10-12 minutes to get the waitress to take her food back. our waitress had bad customer service and checked us a total of 2 times. in addition, we had to wait 30 minutes. To sum it up, my experience was ****.
Let me vent right quick: so, last week I thought of somewhere where I could take my friend out to eat just a moment to treat him and let him know how much I can appreciate everything he does. I wanted to be nice somewhere where we could eat outside and enjoy the landscape of the city or the river. I decided to follow him after legendary brewing 321 w 7th st, richmond, va 23224. terrible experience! here I will list some things that I was not satisfied with, as I would often visit their food facility in the past. 1. the waitress gabby would ask us what we want and go before we could even tell her. 2. we asked for water before our meal and she let her come into the...more
2nd time around. Very happy that I decided to give this place a 2nd shot. First experience I had eating here with my finance was mediocre at best. Beer was great, but the food was lacking. Decided to go again on a Friday afternoon with some friends and we could not have had a better experience. The restaurant and deck were packed but we were seated almost immediately. Beer was on point as usual and our food came out piping hot. I couldn't even finish my first beer before the waitress was setting down our appetizers. The great service combined with the outstanding view of the city made this place my new favorite after work spot.
