We tried the taro smoothie and the matcha smoothie, both with pearls. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and delicious. The woman working here is also very kind.

Gigi's is the best boba place in Richmond, hands down. Her teas are all wonderful (the thai tea, taro smoothie, chai tea, and coconut milk tea are some favorites of mine , the online ordering portal is really convenient, the shop itself is very cute, and the owner is so so nice :

I work across the street from this place and have often wondered if they were any good. Curiosity got me today, and I ventured over and to my surprise... this place is just what I needed.The group on line in front of us was going hard, ordering the Thai tea.. they declared it the best drink in the house. I sampled it and some Taro tea, and I was sold... Taro tea was the winner, slightly sweeter, with some pineapple jelly in the bottom. I have found a new spot in walking distance from work...I will definitely be back because the owner was super friendly.. excellent customer service, great suggestions, and a delicious drink. Thai tea next I think.signed one happy lady.
