Cleanest Dunkin I have been to, not happy that their prices have shot up recently

This is the best duncan around in the Richmond area and I have been to most. Donuts taste way better then other locations. I grew up on duncan in NYC. I give this location a honest 6

Stopped in for munchkins around 3:30 pm. Placed order, tried to pay, young lady refused payment say it's OK,I now understand why she was giving them away, dry, dry, dry, never had a hard, crispy donut before. very disappointing.Parking: no parking problems

Stopped by one early morning simply because it was one of the very few coffee spots open on the way to work when visiting downtown Richmond. I came away impressed enough to download the Dunkin' app and return every morning for the rest of my week here. The ambiance is unique, the staff are friendly, the place is always clean, and the non-donut food items are actually not that bad. The $3 coffee is already well-known to be decent, and the donuts are. . . well. . . donuts, so the app-exclusive deals that pair the coffee with discounted food items were worth having yet another app downloaded on your app-overloaded phone. I know it's a well-established east-coast thing, but I'm now looking forward to their west coast expansion so I can continue using the app at home!Wheelchair accessibility: It's not obvious at all how to get to the upper half-level to order your food other than stairs, but there's an elevator on the left side once you enter the store.

My favorite place for breakfast. fast and good. the sausage egg and cheese croissant is awesome and don't forget the hash browns.
